Atlantis AI ("we", "our", "us") is developed by Azamat Bekbolat. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Atlantis AI mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Apple ID & Authentication Data — When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or a relay email if you choose to hide it). We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account.
- Location Data — We access your device location to provide weather-based AI-generated visuals for your area. Location data is used to fetch weather information and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
- Profile Photo — If you choose to upload a profile photo, it is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage.
- Usage Data — We collect analytics events (e.g., screens viewed, features used, purchases made) to improve the App experience.
- Device Tokens — We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens to send push notifications if you opt in.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize AI-generated weather visuals for your selected cities
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and purchase history
- To send push notifications (weather updates, generation status) if enabled
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the App
- To display founder rankings and city leaderboards

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase infrastructure (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement Firestore Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days. AI-generated content associated with city visuals may be retained as part of the shared city experience.

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Opt out of push notifications via device settings
- Use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature during sign-in
- Request a copy of your data
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
