These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlantis AI mobile application ("App") developed by Azamat Bekbolat ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Atlantis AI is a weather visualization app that uses artificial intelligence to generate unique photos and videos based on real-time weather conditions for cities around the world. The App offers both free and paid tiers with different levels of access.
You may sign in using Apple Sign In or use the App without an account in limited mode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
The App generates photos and videos using artificial intelligence. Generated content is based on weather data and may not perfectly represent real-world conditions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated visuals. Generated content for city visuals is shared among all users of that city.

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Azamat Bekbolat. AI-generated weather visuals are provided for personal, non-commercial use within the App. You may share generated content via the App's built-in sharing features.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and may contain inaccuracies. AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Founder purchases are non-refundable after content has been generated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
